About Me
My name is Katie, and I am a counselor-in-training through Walden University, where I am earning my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued.
I am passionate about working with teens and adults, and I have a special interest in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, athletic performance concerns, and a wide range of mental health challenges. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they build insight, develop coping skills, and reconnect with their strengths.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m devoted to my dachshund, traveling to new places, and frequently find myself signing up for marathons. If this seems like a good fit, I would be so grateful to help you through your life journey.
