About Me
Hi! My name is Haily, and I’m a counselor-in-training here at Rooted Counseling. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Oral Roberts University. I hold two Bachelor’s degrees—from the University of Missouri–Kansas City—in Psychology and in Criminal Justice & Criminology.
As a therapist, I believe healing happens when we’re truly seen, heard, and supported in our full humanity. I take a holistic, person-centered approach—honoring your unique story, values, and strengths, while also recognizing you are the expert on your life, and I am here to walk alongside you. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore challenges, build resilience, and uncover deeper insight.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationship struggles, or a desire for personal growth, I am here to support you with empathy, curiosity, and care. Together, we’ll work toward healing and greater alignment with the life you want to live.
