Hi! My name is Natalie, and I am an intern pursuing my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology through the University of Saint Mary.
As I begin my counseling journey, I take a person-centered approach grounded in empathy, authenticity, and acceptance. I am passionate about creating an environment where individuals feel safe, heard, valued, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.
Having experienced firsthand how transformative and supportive counseling can be, I deeply value the importance of connection within the therapeutic relationship. I am dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their relationship with themselves and others by exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a compassionate and collaborative space.
