“I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.” - Brene Brown

About Me

Hi there! Thank you for stopping by my page. Therapy can be a powerful, liberating, and at times challenging experience. It begins by finding the right therapist for you.

No matter what is bringing you to therapy it is my belief that the insight and healing that you are looking for exists within you. My role is to create a space where you feel comfortable and empowered to discern that healing and insight. I use an eclectic mix of approaches and methods that encourage you to embrace yourself with kindness, compassion, and curiosity.

I am passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the effects of trauma. Before my career as a therapist I worked in the higher education setting for 7 years and still really enjoy working with teenagers and young adults.

I hold my Masters of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Southern Arkansas University. I enjoy spending time with my senior English bulldog Layla, listening to too many true crime podcasts, and spoiling my niece and nephew.

I look forward to connecting with you!
