About Me

I truly consider it a gift and an honor to hear your story and walk alongside you in its next chapter. It takes courage and vulnerability to do the work of therapy and I do my best to create a space that is safe and supportive enough to allow for this level of honesty, all at your own pace. I have been in the listening profession in some capacity for a few years now, most recently in the field of social work, where I have been supporting clients dealing with a wide range of mental and emotional life stressors. I received my undergraduate in psychology and philosophy at Benedictine College and am currently pursuing my Masters in Counseling at MidAmerica Nazarene University, with an emphasis on marriage and couples’ work.

The experiences we have in our lives have a way of shaping the way we think and feel about the world, relationship, and about ourselves. With how busy life can be, it can be difficult to fully recognize in what ways we have been impacted. Therapy provides a unique space to slow down and start naming some of these ways all in the context of relationship. You will be amazed at what a difference this can make in providing healing and growth!
