My name is Lauren, and I am a counseling intern in my final year of graduate school. I am in the top of my class at Avila University, where I am pursuing a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. I completed my undergraduate studies at The University of Kansas, in the most reputable Applied Behavioral Science program in the country and earned my BA in Applied Behavioral Sciences. My goal is to provide a safe space that is free of judgement. I believe in an action-based approach. I want to help you achieve your goals and establish a positive lifestyle. We are all affected by our environment and the relationships we have in life, so I want to help you explore how these may impact you.
